The company was receiving a high volume of customer orders daily through email and e-fax, requiring accurate processing into Microsoft Dynamics Navision to manage inventory, invoicing, and dispatch.

We built a dedicated team of 10+ trained order entry professionals, split across time zones to provide business continuity and 24/5 coverage. Team members were trained extensively on the client’s Navision ERP system and SOPs for pricing, product availability, and shipping validation.
The Process
- Orders were retrieved from email and e-fax channels, tagged, and tracked
- Pricing mismatches were annotated based on client rules
- Each order was validated against customer master data, product codes, and discount structures in Navision
- Delivery addresses were cross-verified and updated from the customer database
- Completed orders were submitted directly to the client’s CSR team
