A consumer data intelligence platform needed structured product attribute extraction from thousands of FMCG, nutrition, and supplement labels to improve their database for transparency and regulatory compliance tools.

We trained a team of 25+ product data specialists, supported by a team lead, QA analyst, and trainers. Using a 4-entry model for validation, we ensured every product attribute — from ingredients and claims to warnings and nutritional panels — was entered and confirmed through intelligent matching.
The Process
- Images uploaded and classified by product category
- Attributes segmented into "slices" (nutrition, ingredients, claims, etc.)
- Two independent entries were compared; mismatches triggered Entry 3 or Entry 4
- Final entries compiled into the structured dataset and validated
