High-Volume Image Validation for Real Estate Database
The Client Need
A real estate data services company needed assistance validating and renaming a large volume of images related to apartments and building properties. The original filenames were inaccurate or inconsistent, and images needed to be renamed according to Dutch language conventions and uploaded for system-wide use.

Our Approach
We built a dedicated team of 6+ multilingual data processors, trained in file validation, naming conventions, and Dutch language standards. Using Microsoft Excel as the central tracking tool, each image was reviewed, renamed, and organized per the client’s input files and guidelines.
The Process
- Team members accessed unprocessed image folders
- Each file was opened, cross-checked, and renamed using category-specific naming rules
- The files were then reviewed for duplicates or mismatches
- Final outputs were delivered in a structured format for client validation
The Outcome
- 100,000+ property images renamed and validated
- Zero data loss or duplication
- Client extended the project scope after first delivery due to exceptional quality
Business Impact
- Improved image indexing and asset searchability across internal platforms
- Enabled better file version control and metadata management
- Streamlined digital asset workflows and supported internal real estate analytics
